Isa 43:18 “Forget the former things;
do not dwell on the past.
19 See, I am doing a new thing!
Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?
I am making a way in the wilderness
and streams in the wasteland.
Confined to human limits, regardless of one’s level of confidence, vast network, or deep pockets, people are still bound by finite parameters. But when God is put into the equation, with Him, all things are possible.
Matt 19:26 Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
God can change circumstances, transform lives, change fortunes. With Him, our past does not have to be our future because He can make things new according to His will, for His glory. In Him, we have unlimited hope. And because of His holiness as a Father who loves us, we can trust Him completely that wherever He is leading us is for our good.
Thank You for doing a new thing in my life. Thank You that You are making a way in the wilderness…where it seems there is nothing, nowhere, no how, no one. You are there. In the wasteland filled with what’s no good, You are there. You provide water and life.
Isa 43:20b-21 because I provide water in the wilderness
and streams in the wasteland,
to give drink to my people, my chosen,
21 the people I formed for myself
that they may proclaim my praise.
I praise You for Your provision, for Your mercies that are new every morning, for Your unfailing love, for Your almighty power.
Examine my heart and tell me what are the things I need to change so that I may be aligned with Your will, my heart with Yours. Please give me the wisdom to know Your will and Your supernatural help to follow You.
I wait expectantly for how You will reveal Your good plans for me.
Jer 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
I praise You for the good change You are doing according to Your purpose in Jesus’s name amen.
