Palm Beach Singapore

Palm Beach Seafood just turned sixty-one! Always cited for its food and service, it offers authentic Singaporean cuisine. Its location at One Fullerton provides an awesome panoramic waterfront view just next to the Merlion and across the icons on the Singapore River.

We view the live seafood before the chefs take them away to cook for us. Mixed feelings go with the hunger.

Can’t wait to see Singapore later next month! What’s your favourite place to see there?

    1. Oh there’s a wide range within a small area! There’s colonial historic side, arts. If you have kids, there’s sentosa, night safari. If you have chance to take the hop on hop off bus, that will give you a general overview and you can see which sights you would like the most. There’s little India, Arab street, ang mo kio I think is the name of that place that Caucasians go to at night. The bar scene I think is in Clarke quay. I love the botanical garden. 🙂

Thanks for all the recommendations Karen! The botanical gardens look incredible. There’s a few things in here I hadn’t read about before too, so thanks for that. Night safari sounds intriguing 😊

      2. Terrific! Enjoy!
