Have been seeing more images of the devastation in Indonesia from the tsunami/ earthquake and just in the recent weeks, damage in Osaka, Hokkaido, Hongkong, The Carolinas, Taiwan, the Philippines. Realising how we are no match for nature and how everything that’s wonderful as we appreciate it can be gone in a flash. I am reminded that none of us are promised tomorrow but when we put our faith in Jesus Christ (1John 5:12), when time on this side of heaven is up, death as we know it will only be the beginning of forever without mourning, crying, pain (Rev 21:8), without disease, lack, or trouble. .
May the Lord override fear as you entrust your life to Him.

hi Karen 🙂 Tokyo has so many cool places but I really like to get lost in Shinjuku area and wander around the small alleys of Omoide Yokocho 🙂 what about you?? 🙂 PedroL
Oh I will check that out on my next chance although I got traumatised losing my way at Shinjuku Station 😂 I like Ueno Park in the spring or fall, the Depato food halls, and exploring little neighbourhoods like pockets of Omotesando, Ebisu. I think we gravitate towards the same familiar places that I haven’t yet seen more cool spots I could consider favorites 🙂
