When reception said they would upgrade us if a suite became available (for returning after a long time), I thought, “Nice idea💐,” but didn’t put any hope in it. Very little odds probably. .

But on our last 24 hours, they said, “We have a suite for you!” 👏🌈🤗And even though we would have little time to enjoy it, we were happy to accept! 🎊💫

But what to do with the table and all the space? Thought maybe the beloved and I should hold a conference 🗓📝 at the conference room and a zumba class in the living room. 😂

If humans can keep their word (Matt 7:9-11), all the more would a holy God. I used to think bible quotes were nice to collect and read but didn’t put hope in them specially when it seemed like the odds would be slim. But when I gave Him a chance, I realised that He really is a promise-keeping God. .

Not that He would grant a shopping list of capricious whims and wants but Jesus said that All we need will be given as mere add-ons to seeking His kingdom (Matt 6:33). Aside from the practical needs, there is also Joy even in trial, peace even in distressful situations, an abundant life from the God who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine.
