Yeah Christmas, So What?

Jesus came just the way it was foretold.  Jesus died, was buried, rose on the third day just as it was foretold.
The foretold prophecies about the coming Messiah were fulfilled in the life of Jesus Christ. Thorough knowledge of the Scriptures leads to the truth that Jesus is the Messiah.

He is the Alpha and Omega, first and last God who was, who is, and who is to come.

Beloved, is there a circumstance you’re facing today that is making you feel stuck? Do you feel grief, emptiness, loneliness, lack, loss in the season when the world seems to be celebrating?

Do you need a higher power to help you? Here’s some good news for you.

The baby didn’t stay a baby.

He is not stuck on a wooden cross.

The tomb has long been empty.

He is seated [reigning as King] far above [no one comes close] all [He’s tops; unequalled] rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come.

‭‭He is longing to have an intimate personal relationship with you.

He who is compassionate for you, who knows all the burdens in your heart, whose ministry it is to heal you, does not only have incomparably great power to help you, He makes this incomparably great power available to you! But you need to believe.

What’s so great about Christmas?

Jesus!

Because of Jesus, we are constantly being made new.

There is no longer any condemnation for our past mistakes.

We will not live in fear anymore.

We have help in every weakness for His Holy Spirit intercedes for us.

In all things— the good, bad, and ugly in our lives— when we give them to Him, He works them for our good so nothing is in vain.

In trouble, hardship, grief, emptiness, loneliness, lack, loss, danger, He makes us more than conquerors.

So what’s the big deal about Christmas? Jesus!!! He’s the very very best deal!

When I wish you a “Blessed Christmas,” I’m wishing you more than the prettiest tinsel or a picture with a man dressed in a red suit, a red envelope that can get you something you will be tired of eventually.  I’m wishing you ALL that comes with Jesus in your life. Nothing less.
